Return & Exchange Policy

– Refunds are not applicable for all orders. In the event that a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect (verified by both the customer and our staff during packaging), LESPOIR will proceed with a refund. Return shipping fees (if any) will be covered by LESPOIR. The refund request must be made within 3 days from the delivery date (based on the carrier’s tracking record.

– Customers may request a one-time exchange for a different product, size, or color within 24 hours from the delivery date.To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

– Must have original tags attached.

– Must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, stains, alterations, or loss of original shape.

– Must be undamaged and free from any unusual odors.

– All costs incurred during the exchange process will be borne by the customer.

– LESPOIR reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

 – Refunds will be processed within up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 – The actual time for the funds to be credited may vary depending on the customer’s issuing bank.

 – Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

 – Any additional costs incurred during the return process (such as import duties, customs fees, etc.) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
