Exchange Policy:
Refunds are not available for all orders. Refunds are only applicable in cases where a manufacturing defect has been confirmed.
Please carefully review your order, including the product style, size, color, and shipping information before completing your payment.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, LESPOIR will issue a refund. Any return shipping costs, if applicable, will be covered by LESPOIR. The refund request must be made within 3 days from the delivery date (based on the carrier’s tracking record.
Customers must provide a complete, unedited, and uninterrupted video of the unboxing and inspection of the order immediately upon receipt.
Product defects will be reviewed and confirmed based on the videos and photos provided by the customer.
Customers may request a one-time exchange for a different product, size, or color within 24 hours from the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
Must have original tags attached.
Must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, stains, alterations, or loss of original shape.
Must be undamaged and free from any unusual odors.
All costs incurred during the exchange process will be borne by the customer.
LESPOIR reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.The estimated time for LESPOIR to receive the returned item is 7–14 days, calculated from the date the exchange request is received.

Refunds will be processed within up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The actual time for the funds to be credited may vary depending on the customer’s issuing bank.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
