Products exchange policy:
Brand new with full tag on, unused, unwashed, no scent.
Exchange one time only for each invoice (except products with manufacturer defects).
With the higher price exchange item, customers please pay for the difference. With the lower price exchange item, LESPOIR will not refund the difference.
Exchange conditions:
Delivered products were wrong about sizes, colors, designs.
Products with manufacturer defects.
Exchange policies:
Customers please contact LESPOIR for exchanging within 3 days (from the moment the order is delivered).
Exchange order processing time: 7-12 days (from the moment LESPOIR receives customer’s return).
LESPOIR does not apply for a refund for any circumstances.
Exchange delivery fee:
Customers please pay for products’ exchange delivery fee.
